FAQ
What is HIPFLO™?
HIPFLO™ is a glute, hip, and lower-back release tool designed to target deep muscle tension simply by sitting on it. Its ergonomic prongs apply focused pressure to hard-to-reach muscles like the glute med, piriformis, and deep hip rotators.
How do I use HIPFLO™?
Place HIPFLO™ on a firm surface (floor or hard chair), sit down slowly, and shift your weight until you feel the tight spot. Hold pressure for 30–60 seconds, then slightly rotate or reposition. Repeat on both sides.
Does it hurt?
You may feel strong pressure, especially on tight areas—but it should feel like a “good” release, not sharp pain. The Standard model is comfortable.
Who is HIPFLO™ for?
Anyone with:
-
tight hips
-
glute knots
-
lower back tension
-
sciatica-like discomfort
-
tightness from sitting all day
-
soreness from lifting or running
HIPFLO™ is used by athletes, office workers, lifters, and people recovering mobility.
Is HIPFLO™ safe?
Yes—when used correctly. Always sit down slowly and avoid sharp pain. If you have a serious injury, nerve condition, or recent surgery, consult a medical professional before use.
How long does it take to feel relief?
Most users feel relief within 30–90 seconds of targeted pressure. Consistent use helps maintain long-term mobility.
What surfaces does it work best on?
HIPFLO™ works best on:
-
hardwood floors
-
tile or laminate
-
firm carpet
-
hard chairs
Avoid soft or squishy surfaces like couches or beds.
What is it made of?
HIPFLO™ is made from durable, flexible TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), known for its strength, slight flex, and long lifespan.
Is HIPFLO™ travel-friendly?
Yes. It’s lightweight, compact, and fits in a bag or backpack. You can use it anywhere.
Will it slip while I use it?
HIPFLO™ stays stable on most firm surfaces. For extra grip, place it on a yoga mat or a non-slip surface.
How often should I use it?
Most users get the best results using it 2–3 minutes per side, 3–5 times per week. You can also use it daily for maintenance.
What muscles does HIPFLO™ target?
-
Glute medius
-
Piriformis
-
TFL
-
Deep hip rotators
-
Upper hamstring insertion
These muscles are commonly responsible for hip stiffness and lower-back tension.
Can beginners use it?
Absolutely. Start with the Standard model and use lighter pressure at first. Over time, you can increase intensity or upgrade to the Pro.
Is there a weight limit?
HIPFLO™ is extremely strong and supports all body types. If you want more surface area and softer pressure, choose the XL model.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
